Refund policy

At Altlyte, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns only (no replacements).
  • Products must be unused, unaltered and in their original condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must have your order number available.
  • Only the cost of the product will be refunded — no shipping fees or other duties (customs, taxes etc.) are refundable.

Initiating a Return

  • Please email us at support@altlyte.com or reach out on altlyte.com.
  • Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return request.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive shipping instructions and a return label.

Inspection and Refund Process

  • After you ship the product back, it typically takes:
    • 1–2 weeks for the return to arrive at our warehouse.
    • Up to 7 business days for inspection and processing upon arrival.
  • If the product passes inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method immediately.

Conditions that Void Returns

  • Returns will not be accepted if products are damaged due to accidents, misuse, alterations, or improper installation. In this case, refund will not be initiated.
  • Our team will reach out to you and arrange for the product to be shipped back to you at your cost.
